We take great care to provide a quality product. If an issue ever arises, please contact us in an effort to resolve. All requests for returns must be made within 30 days of the order date. Unused stock items such as whoopie slings, tree huggers, tarp guy lines, tarp ridge lines and all hardware can be returned for exchange or credit. Items that were wrapped up need to maintain their original wrapping to be eligible for return. Items that were made to order such as All In One systems, whoopie slings made for a Hennessy Hammock, or any other custom work will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
